  • I have attended two circles facilitated by Bella. Both of these I went in not really knowing what to expect, but I was welcomed and met with open arms, empathy and kindness. The circles are a safe and empowering space to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Things may come up that you didn't realise were bothering you or needed to discuss but it is truly such a safe space and both times I have left feeling empowered and inspired. It is a space created by Bella to reflect and sit with thoughts and feelings through words or creative mediums like drawing. As a busy mum of two I know how hard it is to carve out time to prioritise self care, but these evening women's circles encourage this time to step back from the busyness and breathe, reflect and reprioritise.
